When we hear the word cleanse, the word DETOX comes to mind. And this conjures up images of kale, turmeric ginger juices and açaí bowls with raw cacao. Drink the juices, eat the plant based vegan ingredients for 7 days and boom, cleanse complete, body restored. Simple right?
